Customer service was very responsive. Tracking number sent was wrong and had no ability to track other than contacting customer service.

Was disappointed that there was virtually no difference between a XL and a 4XL size. Got both because XL was too small for my SO (it now is mine). The 4XL just arrived and it was essentially the exact same size. It will be going to my nephew since there is no return policy.

Other than size, it is a very nice sweater. I would equate a XL to a normal medium/Large sweater.
