Although we wish for our products to always work as expected, in a very small percentage of cases, there is an issue. We are truly sorry if this happens, but sometimes items coming directly from the manufacturer do not work properly. Generally, there is nothing you or BENEVOLUX could have done to prevent this.
If there is a manufacturer's warranty, the warranty conditions, including contact information, are usually printed on the packaging. If you can’t find them, or if the warranty is provided by BENEVOLUX rather than the manufacturer, we will be happy to provide the necessary information.

Returns are permitted if BENEVOLUX receives your request within 30 calendar days of delivery. All returns must be received in full (original packaging and content) by BENEVOLUXâ„¢ within 14 calendar days following return authorization. Return fees will be covered by BENEVOLUXâ„¢ for any damaged or defective product.
To request warranty information or a return for a defective item, please contact us with a description of the damage/defect and include photos of the product to expedite the return process.
Refunds for defective or damaged products will be processed once the item is received by Vansouq. Refunds for defective or damaged products will be processed for Diamond and Blue Diamond members once the customer has contacted our support team to inform us that the package has been shipped and the returned item has been scanned for return to BENEVOLUX . If the product is found to have no defects after inspection, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refundable amount, along with a 15% restocking fee.
CHANGE OF MIND / NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
We generally offer a 30-day return policy, but please note that due to their nature, some items are non-returnable. This will be indicated on the product page. Do not open the product if you do not intend to keep the purchased item. All returns must be complete (with the full original packaging and content) and in working BENEVOLUX within 14 calendar days following return authorization; prior authorization is required within 30 days of delivery.
For returns due to a change of mind, the initial order shipping costs will not be credited, and the return shipping costs will not be covered.
Refunds will be processed for returns due to a change of mind once the item has been received by Vansouq. Depending on the condition of the returned item, a partial refund may be issued. Refunds for change of mind for our members will be processed once the customer has contacted our support team to inform us that the package has been shipped and the returned item has been scanned for return to BENEVOLUX .

Send shipments with the completed return form to the address indicated on the return form. Ensure the package has a tracking and tracing code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account.
As soon as we receive the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred to your bank account within 5 business days.
